Travis Clayton has been involved in Scouting since he was a Cub Scout.  An Eagle Scout from Asheville, he has been with the Klondike Derby since 1997.  He has served as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 53 in Asheville for many years.

Travis missed the 2006 Derby in order to be with his wife as they welcomed their first child!

He is a Vigil Member of Tsali Lodge.
